  • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil – ⅓ cup
  • 1.2 cup rice cooking wine  
  • ¼ cup of soya sauce

To make Hibachi oil for Hibachi recipe, you need four different ingredients. Olive oil, rice cooking wine, soya sauce and sesame oil. Gather all of these oils, pour them into a large jar and shake the bottle to mix the oil, and it’s ready.

Check the Temperature of the Cooking Surface 

The first thing you need to do is to prepare the griddle. Bear in mind that the right temperature is the key to success, so start the griddle. And after a few minutes hold the infrared thermometer to determine where’s the hot, medium, and cold spots.
Keep all the ingredients near the workplace and start the journey. Determine which part of the cooking space you’re going to cook, then pour hibachi cooking oil or any other oil. 

Fry Eggs on the Right Temperature 

Once you’re done checking the temperature and pouring oil, hold the egg and fry it. When you see that the egg is cooked, quickly break the cooked egg with the help of a spatula. You can use salt and pepper in it if desired.
